Chuck Rib Meat comes from the shoulder area and is evenly marbled with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. Because wagyu is full of finely flecked intramuscular fat it has a more intense flavour than standard grass-fed beef. This fat also melts much closer to room temperature than regular fat. This means that less fat on the hips with more flavour on your plate!

Chuck meat is perfect for casseroles. Browning the meat before slow cooking caramelises the meat and adds flavour.
