Beef marrow bones are full of nutrients, good fats and collagen. They are wonderful for making beautiful rich bone broth, roasting for the buttery marrow or as a great treat for your four-legged best mate.
Bone marrow is full of collagen, which improves the health and strength of bones and skin. It is also rich in glucosamine, a compound that helps against osteoarthritis, relieves joint pain, and reduces joint inflammation.
You can order marrow bones whole, split vertically or into rings. Price is per whole marrow bone, 500g of rings or 2kg bag of mixed beef bones.

You can also order assorted beef bones that have been cut up to use for beef stock and soup. These are sold per 2kg bag.

Beef heart is a lean, dense, nutrient-dense organ meat that has bangs of flavour (very beefy, a little gamey but not as strong as kidneys). It is really affordable and very tender and increasingly popular for people seeking healthier choices.
