These fresh, plump, accredited free-range birds are delivered from the farm near Bendigo. Air-chilled for better skin crispness, you are not paying for excess water. These are delicious and ethical chooks and will make you the perfect Sunday roast.

These small but plump, accredited free-range birds have been butterflied and marinated with beautiful flavours. Only weighing in around 1kg, these are a quick, easy and healthy dinner! Just throw them on the BBQ or a hot grill to get some great charring and flavour.

The Maryland refers to the cut which includes the whole drumstick and the thigh - skin on and bone in. It is a terrific, inexpensive cut, that gives maximum flavour. You can roast it like mini chicken roasts, use in casseroles, or one-pot wonder meals.

Our hormone-free chicken fillets include both the breast and the tenderloin. We cut them from our larger roast chickens, which means they are about 350g per fillet. The leanest cut of the chicken, these are a favourite in every household because they are so versatile and simple to cook in lots of yummy recipes.

Our chicken thighs have had the bone and skin removed. They have more fat in them than the breast so they don’t dry out as easily and are slightly darker so they have a stronger flavour. They are ideal for a quick stir fry, marinate and throw on a barbie, or in a slow-cooked casserole.

For even more flavour, try our Chicken Chops which are thighs with the bone and skin left intact.

Free-range chicken mince is the essential ingredient in many SE Asian dishes. We love it!

Due to the nature of chicken, we always freeze our chicken mince as soon as we mince it to keep it fresh. It will be delivered frozen. Defrost and use within 48 hours or freeze for up to 3 months (for optimal flavour)

*Please note that in order for us to continue to offer our larger quantities of mince at discounted rates, any 2kg+ mince orders will only be packed in 1kg bags - not smaller quantities.

The classic satay flavour with coarsely minced free-range chicken makes this a seriously delicious sausage.
