As one of Victoria’s leading regional butchers, we are always keen to meet talented professionals who are interested in joining our team.
Our team is made up of passionate and skilled butchers who value incredible quality meat and how the product has been brought to market. We pride ourselves on being not only third-generation butchers but third-generation farmers and we have our own property in nearby Malmsbury where we raise cattle and sheep.
Our other products include free-range poultry and free-range pork from ethical producers in Victoria along with premium products such as Sher Wagyu, and Melbourne Cured along with artisan cheese and local free-range eggs. We make our own prize-winning smallgoods including a famous range of excellent sausages, bacon, cured meats and ready-to-heat meals including sausage rolls, family-sized pies, quiches and soups.
Our online business is rapidly expanding, and we are excited to be able to deliver our quality produce into metro Melbourne and other regional areas in Victoria.
We are offer full-time, part-time and casual roles. You could be seeking a career as a butcher, a qualified chef who has excellent butchering skills and is looking to move into more family/lifestyle-friendly hours or simply someone passionate about great, ethically raised, quality produce and looking to work in a family-owned, tight-knit business in Daylesford, Victoria’s epicentre of regenerative farming, gourmet produce and award-winning restaurants.
