Due to popular demand, we now offer you the choice of how you would like your lamb to be prepared:

Cuts Available

During the checkout process, you can advise us how you would prefer your lamb prepared. Each cut will be vacuum-sealed and carefully packed. Because it is vacuum sealed, you can safely freeze your meat without risk of freezer burn.

Legs: Full roasting leg (bone-in or boneless) with shank attached, or a butterflied leg (with shank removed and included as a separate shank) .
Forequarter: Bone-in shoulder, BBQ forequarter chops or boned rolled roast.
Loin: Small loin roast or loin chops.
Chump: Chump chops or small chump roast.
Cutlets: 8-point rack roast or cutlets.
Shanks: 1 forequarter shank. Depending on your choice of hind leg cut, you may also get a hind shank.
Breast Flaps: Lamb Ribs
Neck: Half neck or chops

Please note that since we prepare your lamb to order, we cannot amend your choice of cuts after you place your order. Choose carefully.
