We hand make over 20 different varieties of sausage specialising in pork sausages made to herbs and spices blended in house to our own recipe. We are known for our authentic local delicacy the spicy, garlic-infused Bull Boar Sausage.

For our mince, we start with topside beef and mince it fresh daily. Our mince is lean and perfect for your own home cooking. It is proudly preservative-free so it is important to use within 24 hours or to freeze it.

Our big hearty burgers are made in-house and packed with onions and carrot and our own blend of spices and herbs. Easy to cook they are a favourite with local families.
