But now that you have, I want to thank you and introduce myself. I am Sarah Lang and run a small creative agency in Central Victoria called The Yellow Brick Road Agency.

It was an absolute pleasure designing and building this website for Matt and the great team at The Daylesford Meat Co. Old school butchers are few and far between nowadays and to come across a family that boasts generations of butchers who are also farmers is even rarer indeed. So as passionate foodies and locavores, we jumped at the chance to help bring the offering of this very old-fashioned but modern butchery to the online world. We are also proud to partner with the award-winning author, journalist and food critic, Richard Cornish to craft the words and every month, Richard road tests some of our favourite cuts and writes great recipes that we can all try at home..
