Our Greenhills Natural whole rump cap comes from our prized whole Greenhills Natural rump.
We slice off the very top muscle that isn’t used as much, so it is not only as tasty as rump but is also very tender with a thick layer of fat that flavours and moistens the meat as it roasts. Rump cap makes a tender roast, or you can slice it against the grain for petite steaks and tender stir-fry strips.
