This is our most popular product! Our half-lamb box contains some of the best lamb you can get in the country. Prized by many restaurants, including the famous Lake House here in Daylesford, this lamb will surely put a smile on everyone’s faces.

Due to popular demand, we now offer you the choice of how you would like your lamb to be prepared:

Cuts Available

During the checkout process, you can advise us how you would prefer your lamb prepared. Each cut will be vacuum-sealed and carefully packed. Because it is vacuum sealed, you can safely freeze your meat without risk of freezer burn.

Legs: Full roasting leg with shank attached or a butterflied leg (with shank removed and included as a separate shank).
Forequarter: Bone-in shoulder, BBQ forequarter chops or boned rolled roast.
Loin: Small loin roast or loin chops.
Chump: Chump chops or small chump roast.
Cutlets: 8-point rack roast or cutlets.
Shanks: 1 forequarter shank. Depending on your choice of hind leg cut, you may also get a hind shank.
Breast Flaps: Lamb Ribs
Neck: Half neck or chops

Please note that because we prepare your lamb to order, we will not be able to amend your choice of cuts after placing your order, so please choose carefully.

Being ridgy-didge Beyond Free-Range lamb, the weights can vary and is also dependent on if you have requested whole bone-in cuts or fully boned. Our full lamb generally come in at 22-23kg prior to preparing the individual cuts.
