Free-range chicken mince is the essential ingredient in many SE Asian dishes. We love it!
Due to the nature of chicken, we always freeze our chicken mince as soon as we mince it to keep it fresh. It will be delivered frozen. Defrost and use within 48 hours or freeze for up to 3 months (for optimal flavour)
*Please note that in order for us to continue to offer our larger quantities of mince at discounted rates, any 2kg+ mince orders will only be packed in 1kg bags - not smaller quantities.
