Pork Rack Roast
One of our favourite cuts of pork and a roasting favourite! The Pork Rack gives you a tender lean eye of meat covered with a layer of fat and skin. Cooking it on the bone means it is packed full of flavour and it is so easy to serve - simply cut a single rib for each guest giving them a roast pork cutlet each. An added bonus is that this cut also produces great crackling.
