The Great Aussie Mates Lamb Box
Nothing is more Aussie than Lamb. And Great Mates. So here is our great mate’s lamb box to share with ya mates: a big BBQ or just several smaller gatherings.
Our lamb is from our own Green Hills Farm where we have farmed for three generations and can be found on the menu of some of our country’s finest restaurants. We are even including two bottles of wine from a local vineyard, Passing Clouds - also known as some of our region’s best wine.
Each Lamb Box contains:
1 butterflied leg of Green Hills Natural lamb (2 kg)
12 lamb, herb and garlic sausages
12 lamb, rosemary and mint sausages
12 lamb burgers
12 lamb bbq chops
1kg lamb kofta
750ml bottle Passing Clouds Shiraz
750ml bottle Passing Clouds Pinot
