The Turkey Buffe is for those that prefer all-white meat but still want the flavour that you get from roasting on the bone. It is an impressive roast that is easier to cook with plenty of moist breast meat on the bone to retain flavour and moisture. Essentially the wings and legs are removed leaving the beautiful tender breast meat still on the bone.
Medium-Large will be around 4.5kg
Large will be around 5.5kg

Larger turkeys may take 2-3 days to fully defrost. Once defrosted, they are not suitable to refreeze.
