CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
OPERATIONS MANAGER / SENIOR BUTCHER
We're looking for an exceptional person to help lead the next chapter of Daylesford Meat Co.
Working alongside our current Store Manager during a planned transition, this is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within one of regional Victoria's most respected butcheries.
This role combines traditional butchery with modern business operations, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about premium produce, enjoys leading people and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of our retail, wholesale and online business.
RETAIL SALES AND MERCHANDISING
We are seeking experienced retail staff to work in our busy Daylesford store. You will have strong experience in retail and merchandising, and preferably from a food and hospitality background. You may have some experience in a butcher or store dealing with meat but having a strong passion for ethically produced produce, cooking and food preparation along with a really sunny disposition and genuine interest in helping our customers make decisions around what food or cut of meat to purchase is essential.
You might be someone who is interested in becoming a butcher or even a cook or chef looking to move into a role with more lifestyle friendly hours. Rostered weekends but most days finish before 6pm.
