For some, this season is all about Christmas. For others, it’s different traditions, different festivals – or simply making time to gather the people you love. Whatever it looks like at your place, one thing is always the same: we come together over food.
Our Christmas range starts here in Daylesford, on our own farm, with beef and lamb raised by our family. We carefully choose our pork, turkeys and chickens from like‑minded farmers who share our ethics – people who believe good food starts with healthy animals, open paddocks and respect for the land.
If you’re going to celebrate, you deserve food that’s been grown with intention and integrity – and delivered to your door, ready for the big day (and all the little ones in between).

GRASS FED LAMB
Our sheep graze on the pastures at Green Hills Farm near Malmsbury. We raise tender, prime lamb throughout the year, providing perfectly trimmed cuts for delicious dishes.
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE TASTE.
TRUE FREE-RANGE POULTRY
Fresh, plump, accredited free-range birds are delivered from the farm near Bendigo. Air-chilled for better skin crispness, you are not paying for excess water. These are delicious and ethical chooks.
GRASS FED BEEF
From the family farm Green Hills near Malmsbury, we raise our own beef. Grass-fed, processed locally, and butchered expertly, we stand by every cut we sell.

From paddock to plate, we take great care in everything we do. Award-winning author and food journo, Richard Cornish has developed and triple-tested this selection of recipes, cooked with our very own meat.
