Christmas is coming, and we have searched the state to find you a delicious selection of free-range meats to bring joy to your Christmas table. We have teamed up with some of the state’s best producers of hams, porchettas, turkeys, and chickens to sit alongside the beef and lamb from our own farm. They are all ready for pre-order because supply is limited.

We have secured a limited number of what have been described as “Australia’s best turkeys.” Deutscher’s Free-Range Turkeys are the last remaining genuine free-range heritage turkeys in the country. They are large, full-flavoured birds with a fine layer of fat for a crisp, golden skin and succulent meat.

In addition, we also have a guaranteed supply of pastured Sommerlad chickens from Bundarra Farms, a regenerative property by the banks of the Murray. These large birds weigh around 2.5kg, similar to a small turkey, and are perfect for brining and cooking in the Weber.

From German-trained master butcher Ralf Fink at Oakwood, we have a limited selection of beautifully seasoned and delicately smoked hams on the bone.

Please note that pre-orders will close on 15 November to ensure our producers have enough time to prepare the finest meat for your Christmas table. However, due to the very limited numbers, it is likely that some products will sell out much earlier!

Christmas orders will start shipping from Monday, 9 December, and will not be available earlier. Should you have any special requests including a requirement for earlier delivery, click on the Special Requests button below but please be aware, hams will not be available until Monday 9 December.
